IT Consultant : Duties: Test claim applications mainly in Provider, Group, subscriber/Family, membership and billing (health insurance industry). Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, support development and testing as per HIPAA compliance awareness standards. EDI & Web services testing by using bug tracking tools like Quality Center, Rational tools, Bugzilla, QTP etc. Testing and evaluating performance of client server, web based and mainframe applications. Use of other sources of healthcare data including EHR data to understand health service utilization and predicting. Design and execute analytic plans, conduct research and analyze large clinical and health service data sets. Expertise with SQL and statistical software tools in order to perform data manipulation and analysis. Create Test Plans, development of Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Case Execution, Defect management, Standard status reporting across health benefit exchange, Medicaid/Medicare Enrollment and Health plan/product data reporting. Review, analyze, investigate, and authorize payment of health claims within established HIPPA guidelines. QA Analyst : Duties: Prepare test plan, test script and test cases based on business requirement document using Quality Center. Develop scripts, data sets and other programmatic test tools as required executing test plans. Work with SQL stored procedures, triggers, views. Work with ETL group for understanding design and business logic. Design and develop Unix shell scripts as part of ETL process, automate the process of loading target tables using Control M. Technologies and Tools: ETL - Informatica, SSIS, Abinitio, DataStage, Pentaho, Reporting- Cognos, Business Objects, Microstrategy and Crystal Reports, SQL- Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Teradata. Systems Analyst : Duties: Plan and execute System, Integration, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Performance and help UAT Testing. Perform extensive testing the reports for data accuracy and universe related errors. Test data conversions and migrations in cross platform scenarios. Perform extensive data validation. Analyze business requirements, system requirements and data mapping requirement specification. Document functional requirements and supplementary requirements helping fulfill the SDLC requirements. Analyze the quality of ETL Mappings and sessions in Informatica based on business user requirements and business rules. QA Analyst : Duties: Understand business requirement, communicate with, users and developers. Prepare test plan, test script and test cases using Quality Center. Can develop scripts, data sets and other programmatic test tools as required executing test plans independently and must have work extensively with SQL stored procedures, triggers, views and Datawarehouse concepts. Work with ETL group for understanding design and business logic. Design and develop Unix shell scripts as part of ETL process, automate the process of loading target tables using Control M.
